It has become our tradition to start and finish our season with a mixed competition with the men of the ASGL. It is a lot of fun and a good way to encourage the co-operation between our two associations.
Every year the International Foursomes are held. One year in Morfontaine (Paris) and the other year in Ravenstein (Brussels). This is a very prestigious competition on exclusive courses and the Foursomes format makes for a very challenging three days. This year Brigitte Gosselin and Fabienne Goeres came second among the 32 teams in their category.
The Triangulaire between France/Belgium/Luxembourg was held this year at Kikuoka G&CC in Luxembourg. Lesley and Lill had done a great job with the organisation of the event and Luxembourg won for the first time since 2006!
Our third year at the Sgaravatti - this year close to Vienna in Austria. The course was extremely difficult and the Luxembourg teams came 13 out of 15 and 10 out of 13 respectively.
In 2018 we met 10 of the Dutch senior ladies for the first time. The competition was held at the Grand Ducal and was won by the Dutch ladies.
Our annual Freundschaftsspiel with the German ladies took part at a lovely course in Wiesbaden in August with 12 ladies for the matchplay. Luxembourg won!
Apart from our International games, we also organise evening scrambles, lessons, stages and monthly challenges.
