Photo Gallery of our members golfing activities - 2016

A fun quiz on the rules of golf was held on the 17th of February, 2016.  Many thanks to Bjargey and her husband Roland for setting all the questions which made us really think about the rules!  Dysta & Bjorn were the winners of the 26 people who attended the evening at the GCGD.

The annual competition with our German friends from the DGSG - Mitte now renamed Länderfreundsschaftspiel, took place on 24-26 July at Jakobsberg and Bad Ems.  We had a wonderful time with a small team of just 10 players from Luxembourg - however the result was fantastic! A 23  - 16.5 points victory over Germany!  Next year back in Luxembourg!

The Triangulaire between France/Belgium/Luxembourg was held this year in St. Cloud in the north of Paris.  The beautiful course has a view of the Eiffel Tower on the 8th hole - amazing!  We had a small team of 10 players.  Belgium won again and Luxembourg came second!

We concluded the year 2016 with a wonderful Christmas lunch held at the GCGD.  The 'Secret Santa's' brought a gift for all the lunch participants.  Looking forward to another great golfing year in 2017!
